The University of Connecticut (UConn) is leading the NSF Quantum Technologies Engine in Connecticut (QuantumCT), advancing quantum innovation. Research highlights include easing the mental health crisis, saving lives with ice and science, and leveraging quantum technologies. UConn students placed in the top five nationally in Formula SAE, and the “Because of UConn” campaign crossed $900M in its biggest fundraising year. Two UConn students were named Fulbright U.S. Student Program finalists, and the university partnered with the state DOT on historical signage for America's 250th anniversary.
